Jordan's popular music has the rababa and the bedouin song at its root, the samer and the dahiyeh behind the folk song that Omar Al-Abdallat and Hussein Al Salman took to the stages of the Jerash festival, and beside them the singers Diana Karazon, Toni Qattan, Macadi Nahhas and Nedaa Shrara, then the rock of Amman from Jadal, Autostrad, El Morabba3 and Akher Zapheer, Bilocate's doom metal, the rap of El Far3i, The Synaptik and Emsallam, 47Soul's shamstep, Zade's piano, Sakher Hattar's oud and Kamal Musallam's jazz, and Issam Alnajjar and Dana Salah today, with the Jordanian-Palestinian artists of Amman counted in. The list has 38 records from 2001 to 2026, one or two by each of the names above and only a small part of what they made; Aziz Maraka, Tareq Al Nasser's Rum, Sign of Thyme, Yacoub Abu Ghosh, Satti and Torabyeh are missing because their records are not on Deezer, and the bedouin song beyond a few recordings, the church and Sufi music, the National Music Conservatory's ensembles and the many records that never reached streaming would each need a list of their own. About 29 hours of music, 4 days of a few records each.
